The Big Texas Sale Entry to the sale is $100 per lot submitted (DUE at time of entry),The sales company reserves the right to refuse entry to any lot for any reason. The sale is a limited select event, all entries will be initially accepted , after the final “cutdown” any entries not accepted will have their entry fee refunded. There are no additional entry fees. The seller will pay studwagyuauction.com a 15.5% commission on any items sold either during or after the sales event. The Texas Wagyu Association will receive a 1% ” sanction” fee on all sold lots from the consignor. All sellers will receive the remainder of their lot selling price. “No sales” on Live Lots will incur a 5% commission fee. “No sale” on frozen genetics do not incur any commission fees. The sale company may refuse entry to any lot it considers to be submitted with an “inappropriate” reserve. You acknowledge that you alone are the guarantor for the animals or genetics offered. When declaring the location of the lot, you are confirming that the offering is at that location at the time of entry and will remain there until the sale is concluded and shipping arrangements have been made by the buyer. All live lots and sires and dams of frozen genetics must be registered with a breed registry and have been parent verified. All entries must be registered as Fullblood or Purebred in status. All pregnant entries are required to submit a pregnancy test result prior to sale night (exception: females that have been exposed will be advertised as such. The sale company requires the bull exposed to and the dates of exposure.) All Bulls must have the proper testing if of breeding age (over 12 months) *** Note Bull entries will be limited to the top 20 Black and Red Bulls to enter the event) When you enter a lot in one of our sales events you are guaranteeing the lot is EXACTLY as advertised or submitted at your time of entry. By consigning any lot in a Studwagyuauction.com sales event you acknowledge that you are contracting with the winning bidder directly and that Studwagyuauction.com has no responsibility whatsoever as to authenticity or accuracy of the lot you are offering. When declaring the location of the lot, you are confirming that the offering is at that location at the time of entry and will remain there until the sale is concluded. Our entry form allows for declaration of exportable eligibility (if in fact the lot is qualified). When selecting this option, the seller guarantees that the offered lot is in fact eligible for export to the country(s) declared. Any shipping of lots offered and bought are the sole responsibility and expense of the buyer. This applies both domestically as well as internationally. Once your lot(s) that have sold in the most recent sale are paid for you will receive an email to release these items to the buyer. Once an entry has been submitted and accepted by the Studwagyuauction.com and then it becomes withdrawn, the entry fee will be forfeited.
